FAQ's

Where are you based?

Based in London for the 2017 European summer and will be back in New Zealand for early 2018. We plan to keep this going for as long as possible! So available all over New Zealand and Europe for the respective wedding seasons but definitely available for weddings all over the world!

We feel uncomfortable posing, is that a problem?

Not at all. We want to capture you at your relaxed, happy best, and we don't need you to do any cheesy poses. We will provide gentle direction at times, but mainly work with a photo journalistic approach.

Can we meet you before the wedding?

Absolutely! We will meet up for coffee a few months before to discuss everything. If we are in different countries in the months prior to the wedding we can Skype and then meet up for coffee a few days before the wedding!

Do you location scout before the wedding?

Yes. I like to have a good lay of the land, find the areas with the best light and backgrounds, so we don't waste any time on the day and you can spend more time with your guests.

Do we need to provide a shot list?

No need to provide me with a formal shot list of the day. We shoot in an instinctive style and will definitely capture everything that's going on. But let me know if there is a special location you want to shoot at or anything like that, and I will ask for a list of family photos you would like so we don't miss anybody.

What equipment do you use?

Digital: Nikon D800 with variety of lenses, Black Magic Cinema Camera.                           Analogue: Mamiya 7ii, Pentax spotmatic, 16mm and super 8.
